Description:
The purpose of this Act is (1) the protection of the diversity of nature conservation, conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna, flora and fungi species at a favorable conservation status; (2) culturally and aesthetically valuable natural environment, or elements thereof; (3) promote the sustainable use of natural resources.
