Description: 
The act specifies the forest areas, protection, support sustainable forest management of public resources. It governs the competence of state forestry administration and state supervision in the woods. The purpose of this act is conservation, enhancement and protection of forests as components of the environment and natural resources of the country to fulfil their irreplaceable functions in providing differentiated, professional and sustainable forest management. The Act contains harmonization of interests of society and the forest owners and determinates economic conditions for sustainable forest management.
