Description:
Obliges electric utility PLN (The National Electric Company) to purchase electricity generated from renewable energy from facilities with a capacity between 1 MW and 10 MW. Feed-in-tariffs (10 year puchase contracts, may be extended): •Low voltage: 60% of utility’s generation costs •Medium voltage: 80% of utility’s generation costs The government through the government regulation no 26/2006 concerning electricity supply and utilization put priority to utilize locally available renewable energy resources for electricity generation.
