Description:
The regulation provides the framework for a voluntary participation in environmental management programmes and labelling. The EMAS -directive needs for its national application certification bodies. The UMG provides the national legal framework for the implementation oft the EMAS III Directive and the establishment of independent environmental auditors and consultants.
